Policies and Procedures

Interactive Intelligence Training is available to Resellers, Partners, and Customers, both Direct and Indirect, of Interactive Intelligence. Prospective candidates must wait until an agreement is signed with Interactive Intelligence or the prospective's Reseller prior to submitting a Registration Request.

1. To register for a course, please add the course to the cart and complete the Registration Request through the "Checkout" process. Please note that completing the Registration Request form does not guarantee your registration for a course, it is only a request for registration.
2. Registration requests will not be accepted less than 3 business days prior to the start of class.
3. You are confirmed and registered in the course when you have received an email notification. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received your confirmation number. If you show up for a class that you are not registered for, we cannot allow into the class until we have received a form a payment.
4. You should be contacted within 2 business days after your Registration Request has been received.
5. Interactive Intelligence is unable to "reserve" or "hold" seats without payment.

Interactive Intelligence requires payment via Credit Card, Company Check (requires Purchase Order), or Wire Transfer.

Payment is required prior to class admittance.

Interactive Intelligence requires WRITTEN notification of cancellation AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE the start of class. Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of payment or voucher. E-mail cancellation requests to Education@inin.com.

Interactive Intelligence reserves the right to cancel any class up to 5 business days prior to the start of class.

Students may test out of the following courses:

Students may test out of these courses on any day during designated test out weeks. Designated test out weeks are on the quarterly class schedule.

Payment must be made at the time of registration. Credit cards and company checks are the only acceptable forms of payment for the Test Out exam..

Once the student is confirmed for the test out, course materials will be shipped.

Exam
Students should allow 3 hours for each exam. If a student fails a test out exam, they are allowed to retest at any time but will be charged for each time they take a test out exam.

Please send an email to Education to request your manuals.

Students who fail any of the certification exams are welcomed and encouraged to retake that exam. The cost for a re-test is $500. (Partners apply discount)

Re-Tests must be scheduled with the Registrar.

Credit cards and company checks are the only acceptable forms of payment for Re-Test exams.

Students who fail the Test Out exam can retake that exam at the cost of $1,000.
