For first-time engagements, Interactive Intelligence will require a signed copy of our Standard Services Agreement, which details the terms and conditions of our engagements. Subsequent engagements will require an Addendum that outlines the specific project, description of engaged services and the proposed delivery schedule.
Projects are initiated once all deliverables and agreements are documented and signed. Delivery of services will be confirmed at the time of the order, but can typically begin in two weeks or less. With the exception of our packages, all Interactive Performance Consulting offerings will be performed on a Time and Materials basis at our current published rates.
Travel and living expenses will be invoiced at actual amounts incurred in addition to Time and Materials. Clients will be invoiced in two increments—50% when the contract is signed, then the remaining 50% after training has been delivered.
